Gift Guide: for The Music Lover

one | two | three | four | five | six | seven | eight

Whether a musician or a music fan, I've compiled a list of gifts for the audiophile in your life.

If you've learned anything about me from this blog, you know I'm a bit of a music lover myself.
I'd be ecstatic to receive any of these gifts and I know I'm not the only one!

I've already mentioned Frends headphones in my last gift guide, but they are especially appropriate to this one. The sound quality of these headphones is great, but the design is greater. Totally worth it for the steep price, in my opinion.

I decided to include an assortment of albums rather than just mentioning a single LP. If you're having difficulty picking out music, or just want to discover something new, these are a few of my favorite albums this year:

Another essential for the music lover; a band tee.  Every great band or artist has at least one signature tee. Choose your favorite artists or theirs to make a great gift. (Tip: vintage or worn-looking tees are the best!)

In order to play your new LPs, you need a turntable. I like Crosleys the best simply for their vintage aesthetic. But if you're looking for something more industrial or with better sound quality, Urban Outfitters, or even Amazon, carry some of those as well (for a steeper price).

This case is perfect as an on-the go iPhone speaker. Not everyone wants to carry around a separate speaker or device to play their music, but this case can amplify your phone by 50-20 decibels!

Not everyone would buy themselves an interesting read like this one, but it would make the perfect gift! If you know someone looking to expand their wealth of musical knowledge, or just interested in music history, this is the book for them. (It would also make a pretty great coffee table book or conversation piece!)

I had to include this radio despite it's cost because it's just so beautiful! On trend with the rise of vintage-inspired radios and cassette tapes (what?), this radio blends in seamlessly. It is also capable of operating off of batteries and includes an auxiliary port to plug your phone into.

8. USB Mix Tape, $22.78

This is my personal favorite from the list. If you are an audiophile as well, you can create a personalized USB mixtape of up to 1GB of music to gift to someone else. I know that if I was to receive this as a gift, it would make me so incredibly nostalgic and happy!

Any other suggestions for music-related gifts?
Or even music in general?
I'd love to hear them!

x Jenna
