Gift Guide: for Makeup Lovers

It's officially the most wonderful time of the year!
And with the joy of the season comes the "joy" of Christmas shopping.
Luckily, if it's makeup you're looking for; I got you!
This year I've decided to put together a couple of gift guides, starting with this one that's perfect for the makeup lover in your life.
Let's start off with a kind-of oldie but goodie; the Chocolate Bar Palette. Not only is this palette a gorgeous assortment of neutrals, the colors stay true to their name and are made with REAL CHOCOLATE. I'm not kidding. REAL CHOCOLATE.
Next I have an assortment of the beloved ABH Liquid Lipsticks (my personal faves). At just $20 a pop, they're pretty affordable as well. My favorite shades include: Pure Hollywood, Heathers, Potion and Paint, even though it's a little bit obscure.
I've been a huge Gwen Stefani fan since the No Doubt days so it's no secret that I was super excited when I heard the news of her collab with one of my favorite brands, Urban Decay. When you think Gwen Stefani, you might think brights and lots of color, but I was pleasantly surprised that her gorgeous palette contains mostly nude and matte shades. It's definitely something you could use every day, and it would be perfect paired with her signature red lip.
4. Sigma Essential Kit - Make Me, $179
I know, this brush kit is definitely on the pricier side, but well worth the money. Sigma brushes are well known for being the best of the best brushes on the market. This kit comes with 12 brushes catered to getting you that flawless face, plus a two-year warranty! (Tip: many YouTubers have affiliate codes with Sigma that can save you an extra 10%!)
5. Urban Decay Vice4 Palette, $60
If you're looking for that perfect pop of color, this palette's got you covered! Clearly I'm an Urban Decay fan, but I just can't help it! Their shades are so creamy and pigmented, and this palette is no exception. You'll get 20 gorgeous, fun, colorful shimmer and matte shades sure to make your look stand out.
This palette is super affordable, yet still beautifully pigmented. Carli Bybel is a YouTuber and makeup artist that created this palette along with bh cosmetics that feature 14 gorgeous shimmer and matte neutrals. Yet another amazing YouTuber collab, this time in the form of a highlighter. Becca is well known as the top of the line in the highlighting department of the makeup world, and Jaclyn's Champagne Pop is no exception. This champagne-gold color contains super-fine shimmer that sits on the skin beautifully and gives you a natural, flawless radiance.
I think of this palette as the higher-end equivalent of the Carli Bybel Palette, if that's what you're looking for. It's packed with 12 gorgeous Amazonian clay infused shimmer and matte taupe and brown neutrals. (Tip: the palette is available only at Ulta, but you can get cash back using Ebates!)
9. Sephora Favorites - Lashstash, $45
Each year, Sephora comes out with a "Lashstash": essentially, a collection of eight travel-sized high-end mascaras. This year, you'll also get an eyelash curler, eyeliner, and fibers promised to make you're lashes look like falsies. This makes the perfect gift because you're able to test out the formula that works best for your lashes before you go out and spend $23 on a single mascara!
10. Hourglass Ambient Lighting Edit, $80
While a bit of a luxury item, this bronzer, blusher and highlighter palette has garnered a lot of buzz in the beauty world. The palette contains six gorgeous shimmery baked blushes, bronzers and highlighters perfect for the new "strobing" trend.
