When I'm not doing schoolwork (and yes, I do a lot of it), you can catch me watching YouTubers. Some days I prefer beauty vloggers, and others I prefer daily vloggers, but there seems to be a select few whose content I never miss.
These are a few of my favorites:
I never miss a JacksGap video. I can say that with pure confidence. Jack was one of the first non-beauty YouTubers I watched back in the day. I've been subscribed to him for years now, and with the addition of his twin brother, Finn, their content keeps getting better and better. I'd highly recommend their Rickshaw Run series. I'm so proud of how far they've come, and I can't wait to see what's in store for JacksGap in the future!
Ben Brown is not your typical daily vlogger. He is a UK native, though he has a place in South Africa nearby his ultra-chill girlfriend Nicole Eddy. He also lives with South African recording artist Jeremy Loops (highly recommend his music). I first discovered Ben through JacksGap's Rickshaw Run series, and have been a loyal follower ever since. He spends most of his time exploring new places and adventuring around with his equally awesome group of friends. If you're into really well-edited daily travel/adventure vlogs (throw in great music, for measure), you'll love Mr. Ben Brown.
Casey Neistat is a professional filmmaker that films YouTube videos on the side. I'm a huge fan of his style, it's so unique and interesting. He also makes adventure-type short films that are edited to perfection. It helps that he serves as a sort of mentor to Ben Brown and the JacksGap boys, and it's clearly evident in their more recent works. Casey posts rarely, but when he does, I never miss it.
The Vaabrothers are still gaining their footing in the YouTube community, but their videos have come a long way since the start. Vagabrothers is composed of two brothers who continuously travel and document their adventures. Being a huge travel junkie, I love the way that their videos are set up like travel vlogs, but also include historical/cultural elements. I can't wait to see the how the Vagabrothers continue to improve their content!
It's no surprise that Hannah Hart makes my list. She should make everyone's, realistically. I've been watching Hannah since the very first My Drunk Kitchen - BUTTER YO SHIT! She honestly makes me cry-laugh and she's super punny. If that's not enough to get you hooked then I don't know what will. Oh and she also does this really cool thing now where she speaks about current events and today's social issues. Basically, she's the tits.
I'm a new subscriber of Pj's, but I appreciate his work as some of his firsts would. Pj's a super-creative and it shows in all of his work. He says/does some of the weirdest things, but it's so intriguing at the same time. He also works with some other YouTube creative geniuses to create some awesome short films. His videos will honestly leave you guessing, "how the hell did he think up something like that?!"
